Windows Startup Folders
- Win+R to bring up the Run dialog
- For the All Users Startup enter
shell:common startupand hit enterC:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
- For the current user's Startup enter *shell:startup* and hit enter
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
